This weekend, November 9th and 10th, prepare to immerse yourself in the captivating sounds of Radio Delta, the oldest shortwave radio station in Europe, proudly broadcasting from Elburg for over 47 years!

Catch us on Saturday with our frequencies at 12.030 kHz and the newly introduced 12.060 / 12.085 kHz. While we continue to test this new frequency to ensure crystal-clear broadcasts, we encountered a bit of QRM last weekend. But fear not! We have a backup plan in place should 12.060 kHz prove less suitable.

On Sunday, you can tune in to 6.170 kHz all day long! Our recent broadcasts have garnered wonderful feedback, particularly for the Radio Delta Goes DX show, which is being enjoyed by many listeners.

This weekend, DJ Hitti makes his much-anticipated return with his Crazy Pirate Radio Show! After facing some studio challenges, he’s back and ready to entertain you!

As our community continues to flourish, we’re adding something special to our broadcasts. We invite all our new listeners to send in an extensive reception report with photos. We’ll craft a story featuring these submissions, which will air during our program. During Radio Delta Goes DX, we’ll share as many stories as we can!

In addition to our exciting programming, let’s take a moment to reflect on a significant historical event this weekend—November 9th, the day the Berlin Wall fell in 1989. This monumental moment in history symbolizes hope and freedom, just as we aim to inspire our listeners through music and storytelling.

Join us for an unforgettable weekend filled with music, stories, and community spirit. Tune in to Radio Delta, your trusted source for shortwave entertainment!
